Structure
It is made up of steel body, steel supporter, pulley, hinges,glue strip,rubber pad and connection flange etc.

Materials
We use the high class materials: SUS304, 1Cr13, cold rolled sheet, etc. All of them was processed by high precision laser cutting machine and bending machine.

Parameter
We can calculate the guard pitch qty and accessories referring to the machine actual travel distance and running speed (Running speed ≤10m/min, we will take anti-friction plastic part and pulley, when ≥36m/min, we need take hinges and cooper wheels).
Normally, the links of guard should be less to reduce the weight itself, quotation and of course, it can promote the speed etc.
The propitiation between stretched out length and compressed length3:1-5:1

Feature
Every layer of telescopic cover is very close with quick speed, it has strong protection for chips, dusty, coolant etc. With higher quality and longer using life, the appearance is very elegant and not easy to deformation.
Application: Mainly used in CNC machine, machine center etc.
